Radius Frames, CNC‑Cut for Precision
Every curved banquette starts with a precision‑cut frame. We use our West Nyack CNC facility to cut radiused components, arcs, and complex curves with millimeter accuracy. Frames are then assembled, reinforced, and upholstered in our Fort Lee workshop for a smooth, continuous curve with no flat spots or breaks.
